According to our customer focused policy, all maintenance and other requests of our customers are served with quality and on time by our qualified technicians with related authorizations and in line with international security regulations. All requests reach to Solution Centre (24/7) for whole of our 9 stations. Our planning staff investigates the requests and by determining the necessities, redirects the request to responsible staff. Our authorized technicians of relevant station perform the requested service just on time with adequate equipment. In addition all our team is trained periodically with continuity trainings and updated by our own training company Telepathy Academy. These trainings ensure efficiency in AOG situations and Trouble Shooting Services.

Thus, our motto and core of fundamental training process is "We care about our conduct of business as if we are flying ourselves". All personnel are continuously provided with periodic trainings.
